Why Expatries Network

International payroll cannot be improvised

An employee in Switzerland, an executive in Brazil, a sales team in Canada, a subsidiary in Morocco, a seconded worker in the UAE: every situation requires mastering local rules — contract, payslip, social security, tax withholding, employer filings, termination.

01

An international need

A local mistake can quickly become a global risk for the company and its usual advisor.

02

A reliable local expert

Expatries Network helps find a qualified, responsive and confidential professional in the country concerned.

03

A simple idea

An international need should be handled by a trusted local expert — not an approximate search.

Our mission

Building a global network of payroll professionals

Our goal is to let every network member find a local partner whenever a client needs to manage staff in another country. Expatries Network does not replace local expertise: it selects it, promotes it, and connects it to the right case.

A selective network

Three referenced partners per country, no more

Expatries Network is not an open directory: each country holds at most three referenced partners. Once the three seats are taken, new applications go on a waiting list and are reconsidered as soon as a seat becomes available.

Being referenced means being identified as one of the network's local contacts for international payroll requests in your country. Admission is never automatic: every application is examined.

Who can apply

How the network works

The local partner keeps its price, the network is billed on top

When a company, a firm or a network member is looking for a local partner in a country, Expatries Network identifies the qualified referenced partner, who takes on the mission in their country.

The local partner sets its fee and keeps all of it. The network commission is not deducted from that fee: it is added to the amount shown on the invoice sent to the end client, on a separate line, and then goes back to the network.

Example

A French firm supports a company that needs to manage an employee in Brazil. It contacts Expatries Network, which identifies the referenced Brazilian partner. The latter deals with the client and invoices its service at its own rate. The network commission appears on top of the same invoice: it goes to the referring member and to GCFFS, without reducing the Brazilian partner's fees.

Economic model

The partner keeps the whole of its price

The partner taking on the mission invoices the end client directly and keeps the local operational relationship. The network commission is not deducted from its fees: it is added to its rate and appears on the end client's invoice. The rate and the calculation base are set out in the pricing annex supplied with the referencing file.

Referring partner
The larger share goes to the member who passes the case on
GCFFS
The remainder pays for running and coordinating the network

When the mission comes directly from GCFFS, with no referring partner, the network commission goes to GCFFS in full. It only falls due once the end client's payment has been collected. The split in figures is given in the pricing annex of the referencing file.

No centralised collection

GCFFS does not collect the end client's fees on behalf of the local partner, who remains in control of its own invoicing and client relationship.

Commission due after collection

Example: a mission invoiced in April and paid by the client on 12 April gives rise to a commission due by 31 May at the latest. Nothing is owed on an amount that has not been collected.

Registration process

Six steps to join the network

01

Application to join

The professional files an online application: country, activity, areas of practice, working languages and experience. No minimum turnover is required.

02

Filing the documents

GCFFS opens a follow-up area for the candidate, case by case. There the candidate checks how the application is progressing and uploads the documents required in the country (legal existence, insurance, professional authorisations).

03

Review of the application

GCFFS checks the documents, assesses the profile and may arrange a conversation. A complete file does not amount to admission.

04

Decision

The application is accepted, placed on the waiting list when the country's three seats are taken, or declined. The decision is notified by e-mail.

05

Referral

Once the terms are accepted, the partner is referenced for a 24-month period.

06

Renewal

The partner must request renewal no later than 6 months before expiry.
