Every country has its own collecting body, its own filing calendar and its own way of certifying that a company is up to date. In Turkey, these elements form part of the file of every firm listed by the network.
The social security clearance certificate is the document that sums everything up: at a given moment it states whether the company has filed and paid. It is also the one that expires soonest, and the first the network asks its partners to renew. The table of documents below indicates which body issues it in Turkey and under which wording to apply for it.
Turkish verification rests on two inseparable documents: the personal Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavir licence and, above all, the dated activity certificate issued by the chamber, which alone proves that registration is live rather than suspended. Also requested are a trade registry certificate less than three months old, the most recent registry gazette publication, the annual tax plate, tax and social security no-debt certificates, the notarised signature circular, and evidence of registration in the data protection register. A licence without a current chamber certificate proves nothing at all.
