لكل دولة هيئة تحصيل خاصة بها، ورزنامة إقرارات، وطريقة في إثبات أن المنشأة في وضع سليم. وفي تركيا، ترد هذه العناصر في ملف كل مكتب معتمد لدى الشبكة.
شهادة براءة الذمة من الضمان الاجتماعي هي المستند الذي يلخص كل شيء: فهي تبيّن في لحظة بعينها ما إذا كانت المنشأة قد صرّحت وسدّدت. وهي كذلك أسرع المستندات انتهاءً، وأول ما تعيد الشبكة طلبه من شركائها. ويبيّن جدول المستندات أدناه الجهة التي تصدرها في تركيا والتسمية التي تُطلب بها.
Turkish verification rests on two inseparable documents: the personal Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavir licence and, above all, the dated activity certificate issued by the chamber, which alone proves that registration is live rather than suspended. Also requested are a trade registry certificate less than three months old, the most recent registry gazette publication, the annual tax plate, tax and social security no-debt certificates, the notarised signature circular, and evidence of registration in the data protection register. A licence without a current chamber certificate proves nothing at all.
