No professional title exists here, which is exactly what makes selection demanding. A US firm states its state of incorporation and produces the certificate of good standing issued by the relevant Secretary of State, confirmation of its Employer Identification Number, and above all evidence of the status under which it files on behalf of clients. A professional liability certificate completes the file, together with fidelity cover against misappropriation where the firm handles client payroll funds. Each item should be dated and verifiable at source.
